Structural Tube & Pipe

Structural Tube (Rectangular Tube Rolling Hardway, Rectangular Tube Rolling Easyway, Square Tube Rolling, and Round Tube Rolling) and Pipe Rolling including:  Changing Radii, Reverses, Ellipses, Compound, Multi-Axis, Sweeping, and Helical Sections. Our experience allows for the quality control you need to complete your projects in a timely manner.

Also referred to as Rectangular Tube Bending, Rectangular Tube Curving, Square Tube Bending, Square Tube Curving, Round Tube Bending, Round Tube Curving, Pipe Bending, and Pipe Curving.

We can work from your CAD files, sketches, or full size templates (paper, wood, etc.). No job too small!

We roll structural tube and pipe for railings, staircases, piping systems, and structural frameworks. Capacities include rectangular tube hardway and easyway up to 20″ x 12″, square tube up to 16″, round tube up to 8″, and pipe up to 16″. Shapes range from single radii to changing radii, reverses, ellipses, compound curves, and helical sections, in alloys from steel and aluminum to Hastelloy, titanium, and Inconel. This service is also called tube bending and pipe bending.

Structural Tube & Pipe Rolling Questions

What tube and pipe sizes can you roll?

We roll rectangular tube up to 20″ x 12″, both hardway and easyway, along with square tube up to 16″, round tube up to 8″, and pipe up to 16″.

Is tube rolling the same as tube bending or pipe bending?

Yes. Rolling, bending, and curving all describe the same service here. It covers rectangular, square, and round tube as well as pipe.

Can you roll pipe into a helical or sweeping shape?

Yes. Our tube and pipe rolling includes helical and sweeping sections, along with changing radii, reverses, ellipses, and compound or multi-axis curves.

What metals can you roll in tube and pipe?

We work with all formable alloys, including steel, aluminum, stainless, Hastelloy, titanium, Inconel, zirconium, nickel, copper, brass, and bronze. We offer on-ice, ambient, or hot forming depending on the material.

What is rolled tube and pipe used for?

Rolled tube and pipe are common in railings, staircases, piping systems, and structural frameworks. We form them for the steel erector, oil refinery, aerospace, and entertainment industries.
